CGA + CONCEPSYS project wins 2022 real estate award in the Tourism category
The Eurostars Hotel built at Parque das Nações won last Thursday, April 7, the prize for property of the year 2022, in the Tourism category.
The award was given by the reference publication in the real estate area – Magazine Imobilário.
The awarded project resulted from a partnership between Capella Garcia – Arquitectos (Barcelona) and CONCEPSYS (Portugal).

Inaugurated hotels in Lisbon designed by CGA + CONCEPSYS
The two hotels of the Eurostars chain were inaugurated. The project was developed by Capella Garcia (Barcelona) and Concepsys (Lisbon).
The two hotels, of 5 and 3 stars, result in an offer of 189 and 230 lodging units respectively.
Concepsys designs new hotel in Cape Verde
Concepsys has recently developed a preliminary study for a hotel to be built in Praia, Cape Verde.
Two hotel projects licensed at Parque das Nações in Lisbon
Two hotels of the Executive and Eurostars chains have already been licensed, with 3 and 5 star categories, respectively. The buildings will be built at the intersection of Avenida D. João II and Avenida do Mediterrâneo in Parque das Nações, Lisbon.
