Parque das Nações – Lisbon

The Eurostars Universal hotel project located on Av. Dom João II, at Parque das Nações, was developed simultaneously with the Ikonik Lisboa hotel project, sharing a common architectural image.

The building consists of 16 floors above ground, two of which are basement floors, and five floors below ground for parking, technical and service areas.

The hotel has 189 accommodation units, two of them en suite, spread over 14 floors. The top floor of the hotel also offers a ‘Spa’ and Fitness area, to which is added an outdoor pool supported by a bar, set on the building’s terrace and with a superb view of the river.

On level 1 and with double height above the hotel lobby is created a space totally dedicated to events and meetings that is shared between the two hotels.

At street level and between the two hotels is an interior courtyard punctuated by a compass rose, which communicates directly with the hotel’s restaurant and bar, functioning as its extension.
