Concepsys has recently developed a preliminary study for a hotel to be built in Praia, Cape Verde.

With 80 accommodation units with very flexible typologies, this hotel unit intends to respond to a superior quality tourism, for business, culture, or leisure. Implanted in the Quebra Canela area, where several embassies and some of the city’s main hotel units are located, the building has a privileged situation, in close relation and view to the sea.
