Two hotels of the Executive and Eurostars chains have already been licensed, with 3 and 5 star categories, respectively.
The buildings will be built at the intersection of Avenida D. João II and Avenida do Mediterrâneo in Parque das Nações, Lisbon.

The two hotels, projected simultaneously and with a view to complementary services, will provide an offer of 231 rooms in the three-star category and 187 rooms and 2 suites in the five-star category, corresponding to an overall investment of more than 30 million euros.

The architectural projects are the result of a collaboration between Concepsys and the Catalan office Capella Garcia, also responsible for the interior design.
In addition to being co-author of the architectural project, Concepsys is also responsible for the coordination of all specialty projects. The construction of these buildings, with 5 basements and respectively 15 and 16 floors above ground, should take about 16 months, after completion of the excavation phase, which began in May.
