The Rehabilitate First Pay Later Program, launched by the Lisbon City Hall, consists in the sale of vacant municipal buildings in Lisbon, with the obligation of the buyer to carry out rehabilitation works, and the payment of the price of the building to the Municipality can be made after the rehabilitation works are completed.

Under the Rehabilita Primeiro Paga Depois program, interested parties can choose to pay the price of the building at the end of the deadline set for the completion of the rehabilitation operation, which varies between 21 and 28 months, or pay cash, with a 10% discount.

This program is aimed at Individuals and Companies, National or Foreigners, who wish to acquire vacant property in a poor state of conservation for urban rehabilitation.
