Located in Prainha, overlooking the sea, the Praiamar is one of Cape Verde’s reference hotels. With an initial capacity of 59 rooms, the proposed expansion has given the hotel 119 rooms and 4 suites, including a presidential suite.

Integrated in a land with an area of approximately 7000 m2, the proposal established a space organization plan in which new buildings are integrated. Unique buildings have been created that stand out from the pre-existing ones, which now serve solely as housing. The proposal thus includes a reception building that marks the arrival to the complex, a panoramic restaurant over the sea, with associated service area, a café/bar, an auditorium with capacity for 200 people, a gym with integrated sauna, and two new room blocks. The pool was also remodeled and now includes a jacuzzi area.
