Arco do Cego – Lisbon
This is the complete rehabilitation of a duplex apartment located in the Arco do Cego neighborhood.
The proposed intervention was to transform the current apartment into a duplex, redefining the elevation of the floor slab, and attributing new functions to an attic that until then had no habitable conditions.
The access to the upper floor was relocated, detached within the living room, and the apartment gained a new floor.
The structure of the lower floor remained identical with the particularity of the junction of two spaces for the creation of a common room and on the upper floor were created a suite, two bedrooms and a bathroom.
