Concepsys was selected to develop the architectural design and coordination of the specialties of two residential and commercial buildings to be executed in the Restinga area, in the city of Lobito, Angola.

The two buildings, with an exceptional location on the Restinga beach front line, will have a commercial first floor and 6 floors with housing typologies ranging from 2 to 4 bedrooms, with the upper floors being duplexes.

The coordination of the projects will be developed using the BIM work methodology, which aims for correct compatibility between the various specialties and the prevention of project errors.
