According to dispatch no. 9952/2020, projects must guarantee compliance with the legislation in effect at the time of application approval, which include the presentation of a project in the Preliminary Study phase or later. They are part of the list of eligible projects:

• Residential Structure for Elderly People;
• Home Support Service;
• Day Center;
• Occupational Activity Center;
• Residential Home;
• Autonomous Residence.
