Design-build tender for 11 day-care centers in Lisbon
Concepsys participated in the design-build competition for 11 nursery schools in Lisbon, launched by the Lisbon City Hall, under the BaBá program, developing the architectural projects for the consortium formed by Carmo Estruturas, a company specialized in wooden construction and Edificadora Luz & Alves.
New Legislation on Daycare Facilities
Ministerial Order 262/2011 was published today, establishing the new regulatory norms for the conditions of installation and operation of day care centers, regardless of whether they are private, private social solidarity institutions or equivalent. 3rd Prize in the contest for the conception of the Technological Park of Óbidos project

Remodeling work on mini-market in Alcochete concluded
The remodelling work of the Campino mini-market, in Alcochete, is concluded. The project developed by Concepsys consists of the remodeling of a small neighborhood mini-market (50 m2). In addition to an updated look and more efficient organization, the mini-market now includes a small coffee area.
Inaugurated 1st SAD under the partnership between Concepsys and Habicuidados
It is already licensed and operating the Home Support Service of Habicuidados in Aveiro. This is the first of several projects being developed by Concepsys within the partnership established with Habicuidados. Currently there are two more projects under development for this brand, which will then be available in the Azores and Cascais.
